How long will an 85ml jar of Skin Renewal (Face) Cream last?

It depends on skin type and amount applied, but for the average person using the product twice a day a jar will last 30-45 days.

My skin tingles when I apply the Skin Renewal (Face) Cream, is that normal?

The Alpha Lipoic Acid in the product will cause a tingling sensation, especially when first using the product. This is normal and should be less noticeable with continued use. If the excessive tingling persists for more than a week discontinue use and contact Authenta for a full refund.

Are your products scented?

It depends on the product. Every effort is made to minimize the amount of essential oils used to scent our products. However, some products such as the Skin Renewal (Face) Cream and Varosan have essential oils added to improve the odour of the product. Our Face Cleanser and Face Toner have almost no scent.

If I buy your Skin Renewal (Face) Cream do I need to purchase your Face Cleanser and Face Toner to see results?

The Skin Renewal (Face) Cream will work on its own or with selected cleansers and toners. Our products are however designed to work together in the sense that they all use natural ingredients without the use of harsh chemicals. Using a cleanser or toner with harsh detergents or alcohol will detract from the ability of the Skin Renewal (Face) Cream to do its job. Be sure to read the label if using another companies product with Skin Renewal (Face) Cream.

Why does your Skin Renewal (Face) Cream have a greenish-yellow colour, instead of a creamy or white colour like most other facial products?

This is because the product contains almost 19 percent Grape Seed Oil by volume. Grape Seed Oil is a powerful antioxidant that helps to rebuild damaged collagen, which is one of the causes of aging skin. The Grape Seed Oil in our product is non-greasy, unrefined and Certified Organic, having a distinctive green colour similar to Olive Oil. Because of its high concentration in our product, the use of the unrefined Grape Seed Oil affects the overall colour of the Skin Renewal (Face) Cream.
