In the last few years all the buzz in the make up and image care industry has been about ‘natural’, ‘no synthetic ingredients’, ‘organic’ for our newest and hottest skin, body and hair care products. More than ever, many people and myself are looking closely at what we are putting in and ON our bodies.

As a Make Up Artist I have consistently taken care of my skin with good quality products. Skin is the canvas everyone has so we should take good care of it to enhance our appearance and health.

My skin is very fair, prone to sun damage and dry, dry, dry. My skin feels tight and raw in cold weather or crisp and tender in hot weather.

Recently, I took a trip where my skin was exposed to long days of touring and sight seeing in hot sun. I was sleeping less than is optimal and exposing my face to more pollution than it is used to. My facial skin felt rough and tight.
